I am a qualifying member of the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario, with a Master’s degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy. I take an Existential approach to therapy focussed on the work of practitioners such as Viktor Frankl, Alfried Laengle and Irvin Yalom. Accustomed to working with adults from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of struggles, gender expressions and beliefs, I have experience helping people struggling with addiction issues, depression and anxiety, as well as those seeking to explore their purpose in life. I incorporate facets of Narrative therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focussed therapy.
